Sexting Dos and Don'ts

You might have come across a free sexting app, but do you actually know what sexting is? If not, then don't worry because you're not alone and there are plenty of newbies who are still clueless as to what it is. This is one of the reasons we have put together a sexting guide for newbies. With that said, let's get started.

Don't Sext Strangers
What we mean by don't sext strangers is to not do it with someone you're getting to know. Using a sexting app to do it with strangers is fine, but never do it with people you've just met in real life or who you barely know. The last thing you want is to creep someone out.

Don't Do It If You've Never Had Sex
Unless you have actually been intimate with someone in real life, then you shouldn't sext anyone. Sexting is difficult when you actually haven't done the act in real life. It is difficult to turn someone on when you don't know what you are talking about. You could easily make yourself look silly by sexting someone, knowing full well you don't have real life experience.

No Drunk Sexting
Don't take part in sexting if you're drunk, unless the other person is drunk too. The other exception is if you're using an app specifically designed to connect people who want to sext. Other than that, never do it while half in the bag.

No Emoji Symbols
Emoji icons are not for sexting. In fact, it's immature and you'll likely send the other person running in the other direction. Do yourself a favor, and never use emoji icons.

The Word Penetration Should Never Be Used
Some people think using the word penetrate or penetration is fine when sexting. The truth is it isn't. Go ahead and use it if you want to turn the other person off in a heartbeat.

Get Filthy, But Gradually
Sexting often leads to sex in real life, so do get filth with your messages, but do it gradually. You don't want to bombard the other person with massive amounts of dirty messages right off the bat. Start slow and go from there. Don't worry because going from slow to fast in the world of sexting is still quick.

Use Real Words
Don't use a bunch of slang words or words that aren't actually words when sexting, and this includes stuff like omg, ur and things of that nature. Nothing will make you sound less intelligent or normal than using those kinds of words. Believe it or not, but most people like to know they are talking to someone who has commonsense and using slang words during sexting sessions will make you look like you have no commonsense.

Take Photos Properly
Finally, take photos properly and don't make the common mistakes newbies make, such as sending photos of yourself completely naked or leaving your room a complete mess. You want to leave something to the imagination when sexting, so don't take full-on nude shots. Plus, you don't want to run the risk of your nude photos leaking onto other areas of the internet. Also, don't request nude photos from the people you are sexting because you'll come off quite creepy if you do and don't ask them to exchange nude photos because this too is a creepy move to make.

Now you know more about sexting. Feel free to download a free sexting app and start taking part in it. You might find that it's a lot of fun, but do reference this guide from time to time because it will come in handy.
